Beit Jala Municipality held its first meeting regarding the rehabilitation project of the northern Talitha Qomi Street and part of the eastern part of settlement basin No. 28053, 28058 and 28052, as part of the stakeholder engagement plan, with the attendance of area residents and school representatives.
The Planning and Projects Department staff welcomed the attendees and explained the details of the project funded by the Local Government Development and Lending Fund and Beit Jala Municipality, and presented the project details, proposed plans, complaint system, public safety procedures and the proposed traffic plan during the project implementation period.
It is worth noting that a discussion took place on the most important comments and suggestions of citizens regarding the project, which will be taken into consideration.
We also note that there will be other meetings regarding the project stages according to the environmental and social plan prepared for the project.
