In continuation of the "Green Salfit" project, and in order to enhance ways of joint cooperation and the complementary role between institutions, the Salfit Municipality, in partnership with the Palestinian Red Crescent, has begun implementing various artistic paintings and drawings with the artist: Sami Al-Deek in Wadi Eid Street in the city of Salfit, as part of a series of environmental campaigns by the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.
This initiative comes to highlight the environmental beauty of the ruins of the old town, and to shed light on the heritage and historical areas in the city of Salfit, through expressive drawing on the ancient rocks and caves and retaining walls adjacent to the streets in the same area; to connect all the elements of the environment in a way that harmonizes with the connecting streets that were recently paved in the vicinity of the old town.
