The Mayor of Salfit, Abdul Karim Zubaidi, received a delegation of students from the Spanish School, where the meeting discussed a campaign organized by the school under the title “Boycott Israeli Products and Support the National Product”.
The delegation provided an explanation of the campaign’s objectives and its importance in enhancing community awareness and supporting the local economy. Zubaidi praised the students’ efforts, stressing the importance of these initiatives in facing national challenges and promoting a culture of reliance on the national product.
During the meeting, the Mayor stressed the role of the local community in the success of such campaigns, stressing the importance of concerted efforts between different groups, in addition to the need for Arab countries to assume their responsibilities in supporting the Palestinian people.
As part of the municipality’s support for this initiative, Zubaidi announced the provision of logistical support for the campaign, including providing posters and awareness leaflets, stressing the municipality’s readiness to cooperate with the school in enhancing these national efforts.
At the end of the meeting, the students expressed their thanks and appreciation for the support of the Salfit Municipality, stressing their determination to continue working to spread the campaign’s objectives and achieve a positive impact at the local and national levels
